Introduction
This site is the property of Tradition & Design's company in its totality, as well as the whole of the rights related. 1. Accept The Agreement

The customer admits having taken knowledge, at the time of the order, the particular conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly states to accept them without reserve.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Tradition & Design and its customer, the two parts accept them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other document, except preliminary exemption, express and written.

2. Products

The photographs illustrating the products, do not enter the contractual field. If errors were introduced there, in no case, the responsibility for Tradition & Design could be committed.

3. Order

The automatic recording systems are regarded as being worth proof, of nature, the contents and the date of the order. Tradition & Design confirm the acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address that this one will have communicated. The sale will be concluded only as from the confirmation of the order. Tradition & Design reserve the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom would exist a litigation relating to the payment of an preview order. The information stated by the purchaser, at the time of the order taking engages this one: in the event of error in the wording of the co-ordinates of the recipient, the salesman could not be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

4. Delivery

After confirmation of order, Tradition & Design begin has to deliver to its conveyor, all the references ordered by the purchaser. This conveyor engages himself by contract with Tradition & Design to deliver the order to the address of the purchaser provided by Tradition & Design.
Moreover for the deliveries out of the Metropolitan France the customer commits himself regulating all the taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and all other taxes due under the terms of the laws of the country of reception of the order. Tradition & Design emerge in legal fact of any responsibility if the payment of the taxes were not carried out by the customer.
The delivery will be carried out by the post office in normal mail, followed colissimo or UPS, DHL or another conveyor present in Metropolitan France. The delivery is carried out in the time crenel envisaged with the customer by the direct handing-over of the product to the specified recipient. The possible delays do not give the right the purchaser claims damages.
The delivery in the countries of the EEC are carried out by the post office in Europe followed colissimo or by conveyor UPS or DHL, following the choice of the customer, for the deliveries out of the EEC the deliveries are carried out by the international postal services, UPS or DHL following the choice of the customer. In the cases of a technical product, the customer will particularly take care to check the correct operation of the delivered apparatus, with reading the note of employment which is provided to him.
In the event of apparent defects, the purchaser profits from the right of returns under the conditions envisaged in this document.
Are regarded as case of absolute necessity discharging the salesman from his obligation to deliver, the war, the riot, the fire, the strikes, the accidents and impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel to the risks and dangers of the recipient. Always check your parcel when it arrived. You have a 48 hours deadline to make possible reserves near the conveyor in the event of lack or degradation.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer regulate only one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, it places 2 orders, with the dependent expenses of delivery.

5. Price

The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product cards does not include the transport.
The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the final price, expressed all inclusive of tax and including the VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes the price of the products, packing and the conservation handling charges of the products, the transport charges and startup.

6. Your bill

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation of order addressed by Tradition & Design. The price of the products is payable on delivery the day of reception of the invoice. The payment is carried out either by cheque on a French bank, or by money order, or by transfer on our account or by way of Paypal payment. In addition, Tradition & Design reserve the right to refuse any order of a customer with whom would exist a litigation.

7. Litigations

This contract is subjected to the French laws. Tradition & Design cannot be held for person in charge for the damage of any nature, as well materials as immaterial or body, which could result from a faulty operation or misuse of the marketed products. It is the same for the possible modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility for Tradition & Design will be, in any event, limited to the amount of the order and could not be blamed for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite everything the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before any action at law, to seek a friendly solution in particular with the assistance:
of a trade association of the branch or any other council of his choice. One is reminded that the search for the friendly solution does not stop the "short time" of the legal guarantee, nor contractual warranty period. One is reminded that in general and subject to the appreciation of the Courts, the respect of the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the purchaser honours his financial commitments towards the salesman.
The complaints or disputes will be always received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always supposed at that which takes the trouble to make a statement on its situations. In the event of litigation, the customer will address himself by priority to the company to obtain a friendly solution.
By defect, the Commercial Court of Rennes is only qualified, whatever the place of delivery and the mode of payment accepted.

8. Guarantees

Tradition & Design guaranteed to you that all the selected products are manufactured or produced or published in France.
In all cases, Tradition & Design could not be held for person in charge for nonrespect for the regulations and legislative into force in the country of reception, the responsibility for Tradition & Design is systematically limited to the value of the product blamed, value on its date of sale and this without possibilities of recourse towards the mark or the producing company of the product.
In any assumption, the customer profits from the legal guarantee of ousting and the hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil code). At the condition which the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the salesman must legally repair of them all the consequences(art.1641 and following of the civil code); if the purchaser addresses himself to the Courts, he must do it within a "short time" as from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the civil code).

9. Legacy

The personal information collected for purposes of the remote sale is obligatory, this information being essential for the treatment and the routing of the orders, the establishment of the invoices and contracts of guarantee.
The defect of information involves the none validation of the order.
The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right of access, of modification, correction and suppression of the data which relate to him, that he can exert at Tradition & Design. Moreover, Tradition & Design begin not to communicate, free or with counterpart, the co-ordinates of its customers to a third party.
